THANK YOU so much to Eduardo Andrade and his real estate team!! My husband and I recently sold our home in Ottawa and purchased a condo with the help of Eduardo and Elisabeth. Our Real Estate experience was delightful and very rewarding. Eduardo served us with courtesy, knowledge and integrity and always had our best interests at heart. He was always available to communicate and provide us with the information we needed to make decisions. Elisabeth was available as well to help with ‘staging ideas and suggestions’. She even sent us videos, as we requested, when we were outside the province. When resources were required for painting; moving furniture; cleaning and all the various resources needed to help ‘before and after’ a sale this team has it all. We couldn’t have been more satisfied. My husband and I are now both Retired Realtors and feel very confident in recommending Eduardo and the Andrade Home Team to everyone. We purchased a condominium with Elisabeth Andrade’s help on a referral from a friend. We highly recommend working with her and Eduardo. Elisabeth understood very quickly what we were looking for. She accommodated our busy schedule to arrange visits, shared her insights, followed up on questions we had about certain properties, and negotiated well on our behalf. At all times Elisabeth was professional, friendly, reassuring, and honest. On the one occasion she was unable to meet with us, Eduardo stepped in so that we could keep the appointment. You can tell his level of experience and market knowledge right away. His referrals and recommendations were a hit. We appreciate the patience and honesty that he had with us while accommodating and really understanding our needs/requirements and family situation. During showings, he was always on time, flexible and pointed out very good suggestions or attention points.
