My experience with Dylan was truly amazing. He helped me through a difficult process. He was beyond helpful, and extremely thorough with the numbers he gave me. He brought an amazing book about my property and other comparisons in my direct area. He was so kind and super accommodating and even brought my dog treats! I'm don't usually leave feedback but the time he put into everything was an amazing experience and would 110% recommend Dylan.

Selling our home in Bible Hill Nova Scotia was like riding a roller coaster from May to October/25. We were almost ready to give up on putting together a realistic deal.
