Dylan has helped us, family and friends, and there's 2 things that I find so important in an agent. 1) Integrity!!! 2) Easy to communicate with. Dylan rates 100% on both. We wanted to find a house in the Antigonish area. I fell for one, but there was an accepted offer on it. The selling agent wasn't exactly receptive to our interest, but I asked Dylan to keep an eye on it and keep trying, and he did! He graciously showed me every other home I thought might tick the boxes, but nope. Finally he got the agent on the home I wanted to let us see it and put in a backup offer. Sure enough the first offer fell through, our offer was accepted and the rest is history!!! I couldn't be happier. Never give up on your dreams and don't choose an agent that will either!
