The Toronto rental market can be quite stressful but working with Dylan made the process very smooth and as stress-free as possible. First off, he paid attention to all the things we wanted and created a wonderful and efficient itinerary for us so that we could see all the units we wanted on the same day. We were also able to get the apartment we wanted because he negotiated very effectively on our behalf. He is very good at what he does and choosing to work with him was the best decision we made during our apartment hunting process :)
