If I could give Dylan more than 5 stars I would! Dylan went over and beyond to find me my new home and was there through the whole process and advocated for me when things that were said didn’t line up as to what was being done or even double check as to what certain documents were before I signed. Dylan was very patient with me and educated me on the market trend as I was a little stubborn at first 🫣, until I researched it myself and learned that Dylan was very knowledgeable but so patient for me to realize what he was trying to tell me. He was professional and very quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had, would go the extra mile to help me make sure my house looked great for showings. I know he went out of his own way and paid for extras to promote the house and get as much attention towards the house. He has an amazing group of people that helped make a beautiful video of the home to put up on the market. Despite the market trends right now Dylan made sure I still got a good deal and everyone was happy. I truly feel Dylan was put on my path for a reason, I was a bit anxious on looking for a realtor due to past personal experiences, but the universe sent him over my way and I think because I felt his honesty, humbleness, caring and hardworking traits that made my process in selling my first home so much easier. Dylan is a fantastic realtor he put in the time to help me get into a home even in this crazy market.
