Dustin went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He explained everything to myself and wife without having to meet with him, as I was very busy with work and my wife looking after 3 kids. My house that he sold was tenanted at the time and he was able to work with the tenant to have showings when it worked for the tenant and prospective buyers. Dustin was very responsive at anytime of the day and was able to answer all my questions about real-estate. Dustin was able to negotiate with the buyers agent and came to agreement on a price well above list in a very timely manner. When work slowed down for me, I finally was able to meet with Dustin and he helped me with something at the house that I was having troubles finishing on my own.
