We first met Don when we were looking at condos. We chose a particular building and had specific requirements. After 2 - 3 years the desired condo didn't come on the market. Then my husband passed away after a short illness. After talking with Don and discussing the market I found a private sale. The condo offered three out of four desired attributes and I made an offer. Now I had a house to sell. The timing was stressful but I didn't want to cope with the upkeep of an older house nor did I want to spend the winter alone. I called Don and he expertly and smoothly started the process. With my family's help, we prepared the house for sale. The house sold in days. There were some challenges and Don used his expertise to guide us through successfully. Originally, I had someone interested in a private sale. It didn't work out. Financially it was to my benefit. Don sold my house for $50,000 more. Thank you Don for your knowledge, patience and successfully guiding the process along.
