We have worked with Don over the years selling our farms. Now suddenly the retirement condo we had an eye on came up for sale. Short notice but we needed a reliable real estate person to handle the purchase. Don was the man. He has been super in negotiating a better price and getting the deal closer to closing. Whenever we needed Don he was available for those off moments such as getting into the unit to have a contractor look at it.
