We initially tried to sell our property with an "orange steel" based company - big mistake. We then hired Devin and it was the best decision we made. He was incredibly clear and communicative. He addressed all of our concerns and provided us with realistic expectations insofar as pricing and the market. Communication regarding viewings was clear and in advance. There were no surprises with Devin. For one of the most stressful purchases/sales of your life I would absolutely recommend Devin and utilize his service in future without question.
