I worked with Dez buying a townhouse for myself and my son. Dez worked with me to ensure the my family requirements were well looked after and when we found the right property I believe it was her industry reputation and strategies working with the seller's realtor that led to a successful outcome for me. Dez is very personable; she takes the time to check in and follow up. She took care of everything from the first meeting, to working with the seller's realtor, to putting together my offer, numbers, and finalizing the contract. She has a wealth of knowledge, experience and industry contacts that she shares to help guide you through the processes and she is there supporting you with whatever decision you make. I very much enjoyed working with Dez, she made what could have been an overwhelming experience a very exciting and enjoyable one. I highly recommend working with Dez for any of your real estate needs.

I worked with Dez on selling a condo in a really low time of the market and I believe it was her directions and strategies that finally got my condo sold for a very good price! Dez is very responsible. She works great with numbers! She has great initiative in following up and moving forward to the next step. She took care of everything from the initial phone call to planning, photography, staging the place, showings, numbers, and finalizing the contract. One thing I found OUTSTANDING about Dez is that: She gives you all the information needed and her opinion, but does not force a decision on you.
