Dez spent considerable time and effort helping us get our condo ready for sale with a small army of contacts ready to back her up. She also was completely on point for pricing within a very volatile market. Finally, and most importantly, Dez understood selling the sizzle. She knew exactly who would appreciate the benefits that came with the neighbourhood and the building. We found her to be exceptional in every way!

Total learning experience. Dez was amazing. Was very thorough about every pro and con of the property we wanted. Made sure we knew EVERYTHING about each apartment, good and bad. Was able to help us pinpoint our needs vs wants and still managed to find exactly what we wanted and could afford. Negotiated UNDER asking, including parking repair paid by seller. Wicked deal. Helped with everything from lawyers and inspections to what to expect start to finish, went over every step. Was in contact regularly. Always returned calls promptly and kept us updated. The process lasted at least four months and treated us like we were million plus buyers even though we weren't. Totally educated us on strata vs leasehold vs co-op. Very patient, professional and kind during the stress of house hunting during a pandemic. When or if we sell this condo she will be the agent we call. I can't recommend her highly enough. The condo is for my soon to be 18 year old to go to school in vancouver(no dorms at her school). That also made her job that much more difficult, alot of buildings are 19 plus. She found us a condo in the exact location we wanted and made sure my daughter would be allowed to live there. Dez made us feel like we were important and not just money at the end of the day. We thought buying a condo was the same as a house. Totally different. She made it so less scary with all the knowledge she was able to give us. Knew the answer to every question and told us the answers to questions we didn't know to ask. No stone left unturned. I had no doubts or fears buying this condo and no buyers remorse whatsoever. Dez made sure there would be no surprises. Again, can't recommend her highly enough.

Dez set the bar high on this sale. She went far above any realistic expectations i had of real estate agents. She took care of details, supplied me with contractors that turned out to be excellent, And she knew exactly how to present my property for maximum interest and exposure. I can safely say i expecr no other agent to meet my new expectations. Add to all this that She supported me being a province or two away from the property i was selling. Way to go, Dez!
