Dennis handled every aspect of our transaction with a very high level of professionalism and attention to detail. He listened carefully to our priorities and exercised his expertise to sell our property over asking price after just the first weekend of showings. He was always quick to respond to every question, (of which there were many, as I have high standards and expectations to match), and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.

My wife and I searched for our first home over the last few years before using Dennis. We are great full that we used him. He showed us a sense of caring and relatability. He quickly did everything he said he was going to do and more. Our many texts and emails would be responded to in minutes no matter what time of day. We are extremely happy with Dennis’ professional service, his real estate knowledge and we over the moon with our new home.

Dennis assisted us in home hunting and his service was amazing. He was on top of the things, he was always on time,always answered our questions/requests within couple of mins.
