<p>Dennis was great! He was quick to respond to any questions or concerned, very knowledgeable about the properties that we saw, and very honest about the pros and cons of each property. Dennis shared in my excitement for finding a new home and you can tell that he is truly passionate about his job! Dennis was quick to give recommendations for lawyers, moving companies and any other services that I required. The only super minor place that I felt Dennis could improve was giving recommendations for those services that were closer to where I was living / buying. Most of his recommendations were based out of Vancouver which was a bit of a drive for me. I really appreciated all of Dennis's hard work on my behalf and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!</p>

I had the difficult job of selling my parents property recently, difficult because I do not live in B.C and was not familiar with real estate agents or selling property in a pandemic. I met Dennis through a friends recommendation and from the moment we met I felt a good connection. My parents were both recently deceased and it was a emotional time for me. Dennis was kind and compassionate and extremely patient with the process of clearing out the property and making helpful suggestions. He even came to assist me with some of the larger duties. I felt his experience and knowledge were essential at putting my mind at ease, he knows the market and the community. When I left to return home, I felt completely confident in Dennis being in charge of the selling my property. He kept regular communication with me about the markets, showings and any interest. I know that he went above and beyond to ensure the property was clean and fresh for showings , something I could not do. When the offer we had been waiting for came in I felt very included, informed and good about accepting it. The offer and closing date were what I had wanted and thanks to Dennis it was solid and went through smoothly. He was so helpful with his recommendations and suggestions, I felt very good about the whole process.I would not hesitate to recommend Dennis, he was a pleasure to work with.
