Once we signed with Denis he got down to business immediately. We had at least 15 showings in less than 2 weeks. A couple lowball offers came in but he assured us there were better people out there. The next offer we got seemed ok at first but then they pulled out at the last minute. Denis jumped in and had many new showings in the next week and sold our house. Denis was always in contact with us about what was happening and was prepared to answer any questions we had, at any time. Definitely recommend using him.
