<p>We met Denis at a home he was showing, he listened well and had a very personable manner so while we didn't buy the house he was showing, we did choose him as our agent. 3 weeks later, he helped us purchase our home and while there were some hiccups with closing, he was available and followed up with everyone involved to ensure we got everything taken care of. Very happy! And really appreciate the house warming gift too.</p>

It is clear that he places great value on the relationship he has with his clients and he has the ability to create an extremely positive and open space for that relationship to exist and flourish. He made sure we were prepared every step of the way and took every opportunity to get to know us and to know what we wanted in our first home, always having our best interests in mind. We left every meeting and conversation we had with Denis feeling energized and assured. Denis is a hard working, professional realtor and an all around great guy. It was a pleasure dealing with Denis!</p>
