<p>It was a pleasure working with Denise. She had kept me informed about the real estate development over the last 15 years or so. She was the obvious choice when it came to selling our property. Together with Deb Lacroix she helped us renovate the property to sell. I strongly recommend Denise to sell any property in the Whistler area. And Lacroix design to take care of all renovations needed. Our unit was rented for 8 years and needed a total renovation. Done great.</p>

The performance of Denise and her office was exceptional, especially considering the added difficulty with a transaction dealing with a non-resident party and constraints of Covid-19. She was able to provide the necessary local knowledge of the market, put together a very complete marketing program and was always available to reply to inquiries. She was able to put us together with a very qualified interior designer, contractor and attorney. Combined it made for a virtual seamless and timely transaction. She is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone buying or selling in the Whistler area.
