Extremely efficient, which is exactly what you need when communicating and conducting business from overseas. Has all the local contacts on hand to carry out subsidiary work on the unit in preparation for sale. First class service. I couldn't fault it.

Denise was fabulous to work with and I highly recommend her. She was a great negotiator as we had a challenging/difficult sale with the renters still occupying our home . She remained professional and supportive throughout. Her knowledge of the area and experience assisted our sale immensely. Kudos also go out to Cindy York for her repairs/clean up of the property presale.

The performance of Denise and her office was exceptional, especially considering the added difficulty with a transaction dealing with a non-resident party and constraints of Covid-19. She was able to provide the necessary local knowledge of the market, put together a very complete marketing program and was always available to reply to inquiries. She was able to put us together with a very qualified interior designer, contractor and attorney. Combined it made for a virtual seamless and timely transaction. She is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone buying or selling in the Whistler area.
