Deb was absolutely fantastic. Sold our house and got almost full asking price for us. It was a tough time to buy as things were pending multiple offers in only a couple days of being listed. She showed us so many properties until we found the right fit. When we finally found our dream house, it went multiple offers after we put in our offer. She encouraged us to write a heart felt message to the sellers. Amazingly, the sellers chose us to sell to even though we couldn't quite afford the full asking price when we increased our offer. Deb was responsive, accommodating and super fun and kind through the whole stressful buying and selling process! I would highly highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
