Debbie makes buying houses fun. I have bought two properties in Edmonton from her. The first one was at the high of the oil boom with a lot less money than we would have liked. Debi was patient with us and helped us find a right fit property and then helped us to get a competitive price. We used her again to purchase a second property in 2022

Debi provided outstanding service for our sale and purchase. She is extremely knowledgeable about different areas in and around Edmonton areas. She went over the top for us to secure a purchase in a time of high market pressures. We really enjoyed working with Debi!!

I bought my home 9 years ago. It was the first home that I purchased on my own and I was nervous and naive about the process. Debi was amazing! She walked me through every step. She was honest and helped make the transaction seamless. We are currently looking for our next home and Debi has offered us so much support. If we could give her 10 stars, we would!

Debi and April were amazing. From the day they first came to our house it was great. She listened to what we were looking for. I had some questions about selling and she was very helpful in explaining how it went as this was the first time I sold a house. She had an open house and we had offers within the first week. She is fabulous and we still chat with her all the time.

I was introduced to Debi through a co-worker. Over a 6 month period we looked at over a dozen acreages from Parkland County, Ardrossen and as far south of Devon until we finally found the perfect one for me and family. She was great with communication as well as lining us up with home inspections, lawyers and ect. April would help out as well with the home inspections and walk throughs. Even when it came to putting in an offer she was realistic with the offers. I would use Debi and April again or even recommend them to others in the future. The best thing I could say about them is they weren't pushy at just trying to sell you a house, but we're more interested in finding you the right house!

Debi is who found me my first home and she just helped me sell it after living there 12yrs, both experiences with her have been absolutely outstanding , she works very hard for her clients. She's very humble honest, kind-hearted woman who sent above and beyond for me and my son. She truly cares very much about her clients and finding the best home that works for them. I strongly recommend her if you want a hard working, honest realitor , I promise you wont be disappointed.
