Dawnell is very thorough with the entire real estate process. She is always friendly with everyone involved. Her communication skills and negotiating skills are exceptional. Once we selected a property that we desired, she researched the development plan of the neighborhood and made sure we were completely happy before everything was finalized. She even negotiated so that extra appliances were included in our purchase. There is simply no other realtor that could have satisfied our needs as well.
