<p>We have worked with Dawnell through the emotional sale our beloved home in the city through a tough market, and through our first experience with a rural property purchase. She was our rock during this multi-year transition and we always felt like her top priority. She took the time to educate us in the aspects of a totally new environment to us, rural properties, and took what was an enormous amount of information and helped us navigate it in an effective and comfortable way. I cannot stress enough how invaluable her knowledge and strong negotiating skills were to us in both our sale and purchase. She not only saved us time and money, but also the stress of such significant choices by making sure we were educated enough to be confident in such a lifestyle change. She always talked through her strategies with us and never once made us feel the pressure of a deal despite difficulties experienced outside of her control. She always had it handled and it felt great to know that she had our back. I would absolutely recommend Dawnell and know that as long as she is in the business, I want her on my side when I am buying or selling a property.</p>
