David was really great to work with - he was easy and quick to communicate with, had great advice for us every time, and helped educate us about everything which we really appreciated as it was our first time buying a house. There was so much to do but it all came together quite seamlessly thanks to David's help and his recommendations for mortgage broker & lawyer. We always felt like we were his focus whenever dealing with him, and we managed to successfully find and buy a home in less than a year.
