I have had the pleasure of working with David for the sales and purchase of three properties - two that were my primary residence ( a condo in Toronto and then a home in Toronto) and one that was a pre-construction condo as an income property. I can't say enough good things about working with David. He is extremely knowledgable, organized and detail oriented and consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. He is prompt and ensures that everything is taken care of - from initial budgeting through to the closing of the properties and he even helped us create a MLS listing to get our condo rented (in one week, no less!). I have recommended David to numerous friends and family members and they have all had a similar experience. David is top notch and we can't to purchase our next property with him.

In 2013 I purchased my condo with David Stoddard and I realized then what an outstanding professional realtor he is (and an even better person!). I made the mistake of not taking a suggestion he made when I took ownership in 2016 & believe me I paid for this! When I decided to sell my condo, David was the only realtor I considered. Boy was I glad I chose him! He took care of every minute detail including reserving the elevator, having the junk from my tenant removed, having the unit painted, having the appliances repaired, having the floor replaced (and making sure I got the flooring at an excellent price) having new LCD lights installed, and having the unit properly staged. David handled the negotiations of the sale flawlessly, getting me a bit more than I hoped for. The identical unit to mine (one floor below me) has been for sale for 2 months and hasn’t sold. It is being offered at almost 10% less than David sold my unit for. This is because the owners of that unit didn’t have David Stoddard in their corner! I forgot to mention that David sold my unit in 3 days!

I had the wonderful opportunity to have David as my agent on the Sale of my Condo. David guided me step by step, educated and informed me throughout the process. In the current upside - down real estate market, David came up with the best strategy to navigate through the sale. Once the plan was in place, execution was seamless. They staged and showcased my unit beautifully. The pictures, videos and marketing brought in several viewings and I was very happy to know my Condo sold within one week of being listed. I would not hesitate to work with David on my future real estate projects. He is professional, patient and timely in delivering impeccable service. Thank you again!

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with David. When I decided I wanted to move into a house this year, I knew David would be my secret weapon for getting me the perfect home. And he did not disappoint. He goes the extra mile to educate on all things to watch out for from beginning to end. His wisdom from years of experience is invaluable. And he was the perfect person to help me sell my condo in a challenging market - I know I wouldn’t have sold my condo so quickly if it wasn’t for David. From start to finish, he is responsive, kind and a constant professional. I’m very happy with my home now but I know if/when I decide to move, I will be calling David. David did a tremendous job, if we ever need to buy a property in the future we would choose to work with him. He put in the time to help us really understand our buying power and was able to find us great options in our range. David helped me find and purchase my condo 4 years ago, and when it came time to sell, he had an action plan. His team of everyone and everything I would need to list the unit (stagers, painters, cleaners, lawyers and the rest) made the process much simpler for me! And ultimately, we were able to sell my condo for a great price in a challenging market. I'm glad I put all my trust in David again, as I am thrilled with the outcome.
