I can talk about a lot of things that we liked about David as a realtor. He was an effective communicator and kept us informed throughout the whole selling and buying process. He was knowledgeable about the local market, trustworthy, and professional. He was responsive and attended to our questions and concerns promptly. Above all, he was a problem-solver. We encountered a few problems which were out of anyone's control but he was able to resolve them because he had anticipated them and planned ahead. We will, 100%, recommend him to anyone.

Mr Demian was a nice guy. He is very knowledgeable about his field. He sent us market updates when we weren't ready to sell yet, and was diligent in following up when he believed it was the best time to sell our home in Edmonton. We doubted that he will be able to give us the amount he promised us from the start but he did it. The money we got from the sale helped us a lot in our move to our new home.
