David was always attentive to our requests and needs. He was very thorough with our listing, making sure the house presented well to maximum our return.

David was great! For years we have been debating whether we should sell our condo, and he always gave us really detailed feedback and advice. Once we finally decided to sell and signed up with him, he listed the unit quickly with great pictures and a well set price. We had lots of showings and ended up selling the unit. We were out of town, so we appreciated David basically handling everything. It was a stress free experience for us. David also recommended a real estate lawyer who turned out to be great, reasonably priced and efficient. Overall we were really satisfied and happy with David's service.

David listened to me and my needs. He provided sound advice on the current market and set realistic expectations. I love his video demos he does to explain things. He is very kind and nice to work with. After 5 years of my condo on the market with only one showing and no offer, David got me 7 showings on the first day with 2 competing offers and a bidding war over my condo. I can’t describe how happy I am to have chosen him. My only regret is that I didn’t work with him earlier. Hands down the best realtor in Edmonton. Highly recommended
