Working with Dave was an excellent experience. I felt very taken care of and knew I was walking through homes and making offers with a professional by my side. He was very flexible with his schedule and made sure we were able to see every home we were interested in. When we were viewing homes, he made sure to check out all the details as we looked around and always asked great questions when there was a realtor present for the seller. The Vancouver market is very intense right now and I can truly say I don’t think we would have gotten this home without Dave. I would be able to recommend him with complete confidence!
