I met David when he was the listing agent on a property I was interested in. Unfortunately, that property sold quickly, but David asked me lots of questions and got a sense of what I was looking for. He sent me many listings that were within my scope of interest. David showed enthusiasm and genuine interest when taking me to see properties.
