This amazing agent understood the assignment. Dogs first, yes that is right, dogs first, so that meant finding the right yard, then finding the house inside the right fit. That was hard. After several visits to many homes in many different areas, we found it. David was always willing to show us homes. He listened, and he knew a lot about the types of homes we were looking at, and that was important. We were not well versed in out of the city homes and their services, but David was. You won't be disappointed !

A mutual friend gave us David's number, and we reached out to ask if he'd be willing to be our agent for a move to the Winnipeg area. David was very friendly right from the beginning and walked us through the process. He was professional and thorough, and helped us negotiate a bit better deal when some small deficiencies were identified. He was extremely responsive, often answering within 30 minutes or less. It was rare we'd be waiting more than an hour for a reply, no matter the time of day or night. He never made us feel like our questions were silly, even as a first time home buyer, and gave us some options when I asked for help finding a good home inspector and some possible contractors for projects we wanted to do. David was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, and I would not hesitate to have him as our agent again in the future. Thank you David for helping my wife and I to buy our first home together!

Dave listened to our concerns and wants when we on sold our home of 50 yrs and purchased our condo. He listened and understood that we had many years on this home. He was able to help us when we found a structural problem right at closing. He was invaluable in working the purchaser and us to solve and come to a solution for both of us.
