Dave is a very honest and knowledgeable agent. Very easy to deal with and cares about his clients. Always had time to answer questions as well as get the correct answers and info. Guided my wife and I through the whole house buying process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

David provided fantastic communication, always walking us through the steps and explaining all options available to us in a way that was easy to understand. Ultimately he helped us negotiate a higher sales price than we initially anticipated from the first offers received. He even dropped everything and went to purchase a garage door remote in the final hours before the buyers possession when we realized we could not find ours. His interaction with us was pleasant and helpful. He acted on our behalf perfectly, providing a great service from start to finish.
