Dave was great during our recent home hunt! He’s super quick to respond, making it so easy to stay in touch. We really appreciated working with him while we took over one year to find our new house. Dave Ryan was extremely professional, had property knowledge of the condo complex, was prompt with communication and made the sale of the property stress free.

We knew we wanted to list in the spring but we wanted a handle on anything needing done before listing. Dave met with us early winter and did a walkthrough which was very helpful for is in terms of figuring out how best to prep, repair and stage for a spring sale. We met again in May and listed our house. Dave was responsive to all our questions and guided us through the sale of our house, ensuring we got what we hoped out of the deal.
