We reached out to Dave on Oct 6th and explained to him that we needed a place for Nov 1st. With the unique setup we had, he was able to act fast and made Nov 1st possession date possible. Dave was incredibly accommodating and supportive of our situation as first-time home buyers moving from British Columbia to Alberta with our family. Dave was a man of his word and went above and beyond to make our dream of owning our first house a reality. I would highly suggest working with Dave if you get the opportunity!
