We recently purchased a new home and sold our existing home with Dave, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Throughout the entire process, Dave kept us consistently updated and well informed, which made everything much less stressful. One thing we especially appreciated was his responsiveness—Dave always answers the phone or gets back to you quickly, even late at night if necessary. Dave was instrumental in helping us secure our new home. We almost missed out to another buyer, but he quickly got our backup offer submitted and ultimately helped us purchase our dream home. When it came to selling our previous house, Dave did an excellent job generating exposure and bringing in many showings. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to achieve a great sale price. We also encountered some difficult buyers near the end of the process, and Dave handled the situation professionally, negotiating with the buyers and their realtor to make sure everything stayed on track and that we received the best outcome possible. If you’re looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile and truly work to ensure you’re satisfied, we highly recommend Dave. We will definitely be using him again for any future real estate transactions.

Dave was great to work with. He was friendly, quick to respond when you had questions and most importantly got our house sold! He recommended a lawyer in the area and made the process easy.

I met Dave at his office on a day when I went in just to see if Remax had a "for sale" board. Despite Dave having a previously arranged appointment with another client, he took10 minutes of that time to listen to what my fiancee and I were looking for in a house. My experience of over 6 military moves (in a previous life) left me with a somewhat bitter taste in my mouth for ALL Real estate agents. But after that initial meeting, and the subsequent work from Dave to find us what WE were looking for, I was impressed. During our "home inspection", Dave could not be there in person due to other commitments, but his business partner and dad, was there in his stead. His dad was as open and honest as Dave. There was no trying to hide the good OR the bad. We eventually bought that house and during the "negotiation process", Dave was asked some serious questions and came back with honest answers. A complete, no holds barred agent. I would highly recommend Dave OR his dad to represent you and your family when in search for the house YOU want!!

Dave was very accommodating and sensitive to my needs and desires in having to sell my condo. It was a difficult time of year ( just before Christmas) but he worked relentlessly to accomplish the best deal possible. I'm very pleased with his work ethics and concern for both parties involved. I would highly recommend his services.
