I have bought and sold houses in Ontario and Alberta. Bit I never met any one ad professional as Dave. All we needed to do was to tell him our sell pri6a d he delivered in short time. He did home staging and drone effect to show the surrounding amenities and this brought a lot of potential buyers . Dave is fantastic and good listener. Dave was able to take a very complicated portfolio and one house that we needed to be sold and literally transform the property into a sellable home.
