I say this with absolute certainty that working with Dave has been an incredible journey. He was an absolutely fantastic person to talk to and answered all of our questions during the house buying process, especially considering it was our first time buying a home! He went above and beyond to work with us and make sure things happened in a timely manner, as well as offering his professional opinion on the houses we were viewing. He honestly went above and beyond for my fiancé and I, I don’t know how we would’ve done everything without him! Honestly Dave made the whole process a lot easier to handle and helped explain a lot of things to us since everything was all so new. He was polite, great communication throughout the process like updates and check ins to see our thoughts on things, and was overall a wonderful person to work with. We couldn’t be happier! 11/10 would use Dave again and 11/10 would recommend him to anyone!

Dave was very helpful navigating the sale of our condo. He just seemed to know when was the time to change the price. He made sure that we weren’t open to someone trying to undercut us. He knew we wanted to sell as quick as possible but he made sure to get us the best price possible. He was always in contact with us so we knew when there were showings or offers. We would definitely recommend Dave to anyone who was looking for a really good real estate agent.
