We were recommended to Dave by clients of his who use his services exclusively, and we were very happy we worked with him. We moved from out of province, and Dave very quickly ascertained the type of neighborhoods and houses we preferred. He took us on quite a few showings via Facetime, and when we chose our home, he negotiated successfully for us, and helped us with all of the paperwork, lawyers, banking, literally everything we needed to know when purchasing a home in a long distance manner.

We we’re not sure what we wanted in a house….for several years (5 I think). And Dave would get a call from one of us, and on a Sunday afternoon we would look at 2-3 houses. Dave would show up with a smile on his face with all the information of the houses we were about to look at and knowledgeable about each one. It was calming, as I was getting quite anxious that we would never find anything we liked. Eventually we did and although Dave was on holidays when we did find the perfect house…he orchestrated from afar with a partner at the firm and we closed very quickly. We needed a quarterback to facilitate lawyers, seller information, punch items and terms etc. Thanks Dave. Much appreciated.

Very pleasant experience Dave and his team was able to put the buy and later the sell together for us even as we where out off the country for the buy and out off province for the sell. Straight up and trustworthy I would have no problem having him look after future real estate for our family.

Dave was very helpful navigating the sale of our condo. He just seemed to know when was the time to change the price. He made sure that we weren’t open to someone trying to undercut us. He knew we wanted to sell as quick as possible but he made sure to get us the best price possible. He was always in contact with us so we knew when there were showings or offers. We would definitely recommend Dave to anyone who was looking for a really good real estate agent.
