Mr. Johnston was very easy to choose as our real estate agent. His upbeat attitude and happy demeanour were front row and centre from our first meeting. My wife Wendy and I felt very comfortable with Dave from the start. He took away a lot of the stress that comes with a major life altering change like a move! With Mr. Johnston guiding and instructing us we sold our home very quickly…. within a few days actually… getting very close to asking price! Dave was an amazing agent: knowledgeable, professional, thorough, patient & willing to take time to explain the various parts of the process we didn't "get" (in our 70's, & after 43 yrs in the only house we'd ever owned, from new, were buying a condo). With his advice, our house sold quickly so we were able to focus on the move to our new place (also a good buying experience)
