Dave was very knowledgable. He was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. The market was good when we sold our condo but Dave got us multiple offers when it was 2 days on the market. Overall a great experience

Dave helped me buy my first home and I couldn't have done it with out him. Dave is very thorough and professional and did more for me than I ever expected. He referred me to a mortgage broker for banking questions and found me a Lawyer which saved me me money. I found Dave through the community down at Castrol Race Way as he had helped buy and sell homes for many Competitors and their Families. The best thing about Dave is he has a great sense of humor, he took the stress out of buying a home for me. I give Dave FIVE STARS! and would recommend him in a heart beat. Thanks - Vicki
