If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We gained more than the sale of our condo within 24 hours in very uncertain times, we were able to fulfill a lifelong dream for my mother. How can you put a rating on that? It’s priceless. Before coming to Dave, Lena and his team, my mom’s condo was on the market for 49 days, with barely any showings. At the time of listing in early May 2022, the climate of the real estate market in Toronto had already drastically changed and was in flux. Not being advised of this, we placed a large deposit on a property in Phuket, Thailand for my mother. Much time passed and we were down to the wire, we had to put another large deposit and did not want to do so if we couldn’t sell her condo. We only had a few weeks left before we needed to do this. It would be a double loss; we would lose our deposit and more heart wrenching, we would lose a property my mother loves and a dream she spoke of since I was a little girl. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place. We took a huge chance, took the listing down and regrouped. Thankfully, we did this with Dave, Lena and team. They wasted no time! Upon listing with them, the photographer was in the very next day. The photos and listing description were absolutely stellar. Dave took the time to explain the process, pricing strategy and off we went. Within 24 hours we had 10 showings booked and that very same day we had an offer for full asking price. The weight of the world was lifted off of our shoulders. Dave and Lena, thanks so much for your kindness, hard work and making this process completely transparent and easy. Team Elfassy does it again! 3 Years ago a family friend was going to help sell my house and give me a deal. Well you know about family friends. Not such a great deal at all. Just looking for another client. Team Elfassy's 1%, now that's a deal. I saw their signs all over the area I was from (many of them SOLD signs). Look the team up, read his reviews and gave him a call. We were on the same page. I did my research and so did Dave. I told him what I expected and we both agreed. The house would go up soon. He send in his stager and even covered the cost of a home inspection. The house went on the market and in 14.5 hours, the offer that was where I needed to be came in, and the deal was done. Then he had Steve and his team work on a new place for me in the area I wanted, and in no time I was ready to move into my new house (in Dave's neighborhood even). Move ahead 3 years almost to the date and I'm ready to move on again. I texted Dave, and he called right away. He brought Steve into the picture and we were off to the races again. The stager made my home look so good (I almost wanted to stay)! This time it was a much different market, but his team adapted, and two competing offers came in within 2 weeks when nothing else seemed to be moving in my area. The job was done again.
