Dave came at the recommendation of my realtor in Victoria and immediately he went to work looking into what I was interested in. I did not know the city well and he was a wealth of information about everything in the city. He gave excellent recommendations not only on homes and neighborhoods but many other areas of the city such as things to see and do. He worked hard to find the types of places that interested me and we saw a lot of places in a very short period of time. He was relentless in his pursuit to find me the perfect place and he found me even more than what I was looking for at an amazing price. He made sure we looked at the place multiple times, he worked with the developer a lot to make sure everything was perfect by the time I took possession. His recommendation for home inspectors, lawyers and everything else needed were spot on. I hit the home purchase lottery with working with Dave as he took possession of my place, since I was not able to be in the city at the time of closing, and he took great care of my place. He regularly checked in on the place and gave me constant updates. When there were issues with the developer, he fought for everything to be rectified immediately. Dave is one of the best realtors I have worked with, he is extremely knowledgeable and will work hard to ensure you are more than satisfied with the home you buy. I don’t want to move again anytime soon but I know I will be in the best hands in the business when that time comes. Without hesitation I will be calling Dave when the time comes to sell.

Dave was fantastic at learning very quickly what we were looking for and what was important to us. He was always available to show us properties we wanted to view and many times on short notice. Dave always had the vital information of the property we were viewing, on hand. Dave made the selling and buying process seamless and stress free and took care of whatever he could, so that we didn’t have to. Dave excels when it comes to showing homes as well as marketing them when you are selling. He made sure the listing went to all the right people and showcased the home in the best way. Communication was never an issue and Dave was always available for questions, showings, and anything else we needed. When dealing with difficult sellers, Dave is creative when it comes to getting things done and has the clients best interest at heart. Overall it was just a fantastic experience!!!

Dave Cousins and team were amazing in handling the sale of my condo, while I was out of province. Didn’t even get to meet Dave until after the sale. Dave is such a professional, and just knows his craft! I was so lucky to meet him at an open house. My home is unique, and therefore difficult so sell, and I had tried other agents.
