Dave was excellent to work with! He came to our initial meeting thoroughly prepared and well-versed in the property we were trying to sell. He made a typically stressful experience extremely straight forward and easy to manage. He even went to my 97-year-old grandmother's assisted living facility for document signing! Truly an above and beyond agent, who got the house sold in days! Highly recommend!
