<p>Recently I was on the hunt for a commercial space in Whistler BC for a business I was starting. I knew very little about the process of leasing a commercial space. I was recommended to speak to Dave Beattie by a friend who had purchased a home through him. Thankfully I did!</p> <p>Dave was incredibly friendly and approachable. He was extremely patient and happy to clearly lay out what I needed to do to get things done. Throughout the whole process I felt as though I was being helped by a friend I had known for ages. Dave genuinely cared about getting me the best deal. He is extremely knowledgable and was always there to answer my (several) calls when I had questions.</p> <p>There are lots of options when choosing a realtor. Dave makes you feel like a friend, not a client. I would absolutely recommend Dave to anyone requiring any real estate assistance!</p>
