<p>Dave and Megan were an awesome team. Before we left Ontario for BC they constantly kept us informed about properties of interest. We were able to select ahead of our arrival 9 properties of interest. We had a great first day and were then able to narrow down our search to one in Squamish. After checking it out we made an offer but there were four other offers so we missed out on that first purchase. However Megan was able to find us the perfect place two days later and with Dave and Meagans help we made our purchase! What a team! Nothing was too much trouble even though they both live in Whistler and we had so many questions! The whole process was so well handled and I would highly recommend this awesome team to anyone looking to buy or sell!</p>

<p>Dave has helped me in 3 real estate transactions. He is very professional of course, but yet he goes that extra mile to make it personal. He listens, recommends, but is never too pushy. He gave me carpet to put in my unfinished loft bedroom in a first sell, and after coming by with a "welcome to your new home gift" even helped me out with a few things in my new place after I had moved in. And I wasn't a million dollar sale, yet I felt treated the same.<br /> He is the genuine "nice guy". He was one of the friendliest/best bartenders when I met him decades ago and his integrity follows him in his profession of a realtor. No one can BEAT the Beattie.<br /> Liz</p>
