Dave was calm, cool, and available during a high-pressure day where the sellers' agent announced that final offers were due just hours after the only showing. His solid knowledge and wise advice, coupled with his light-speed preparation of necessary documents, helped us secure the winning bid amongst multiple serious offers. He also stuck with us afterwards, researching important strata information we needed for insurance, as well as going out of his way to ensure the home was passed on to us in tip-top shape on the completion date.
