Dave and Meg were a delight to work with during the real estate process. They were on top of the procedures and timelines which was a little more challenging with me living out of country. Dave specializes with fractional ownership condos so all my questions were answered quickly with his knowledge and experience. I could not have asked for a better experience in buying my first home than the one i recieved with Megs. She is knowledgable, professional, flexible to accommodate other schedules, responsive, and REAL! Megs brought listings to my attention that checked all of my boxes and was sure to not waste my time with a unit that was something i couldn't afford or wasnt of standard to what i needed. We had a genuinely FUN time viewing the homes and chatting about how i felt about them and how to move forward. She found me my dream listing - i was over the moon but also so scared to not get the house. Megs knowledge of offer pricing was extremely impressive and i trusted her 150%. After my offer was accepted (with the recommended price from Megs, which was under asking), four more offers were placed on the unit! It was a dream come true. Megs was very thorough with educating me on the entire process and built a very trusting and open dialog. At any time, Megs was available to chat and review what step we were at and what was needed of me (or not, cause most of the time it was just me thinking I should be doing more). Flash forward to the day of possession - Megs welcomed me at the property with a personal welcome gift from Her and Dave on behalf of Remax. I could have imagined a better welcome to my new home. It felt like we did it together, and as a solo buyer that meant a lot to me. I was able to celebrate with someone who ACTUALLY cared about my wellbeing and happiness in buying my first home. I can't speak higher of Megs McLean - thank you so much!

Dave knows the market very well and in our case was able to uncover a property that was not for sale. He stayed on the task for the better part of two years and we were successful in the end. Thanks to Dave and his team.
