We met Dave in early May at an open house he was hosting in Rosedale north Brampton. We knew from the first time we met Dave he was our guy. We bought the house that day and that was the beginning of a great friendship. We also gave Dave our listing to sell our house. Dave was always available whenever we needed to speak with him. He also kept in touch almost daily with us. He was knowledgeable about this entire journey. We were nervous at times but he always made us feel at ease and always had everything under control. Both transactions were done smoothly with no issues we could not have been happier. Dave also provided us with some amazing contacts for renovations and furniture . We love ❤️ our new home and could not be happier.
