Dave listed our house in Caledon and helped us purchase our new house in Barrie. His negotiation skills in both transactions were outstanding. On the sale of the Caledon house, his strategy worked to our advantage. We had a significant number of viewings over a very short period. The house sold quickly for more than I had ever imagined we would get. On the purchase in Barrie he negotiated a very good price, arranged inspection, recommended a lawyer and lead us to a contact who gave us a great deal on all appliances. Dave patiently showed us numerous properties in several cities before we finally selected the Barrie house.
