On short notice Dave helped us buy a great new townhouse we stumbled across, and then worked his butt off to help us sell our current place. Answered all my dumb questions and was always available. Highly recommend on attitude alone, not to mention his grasp on the Vancouver market. Thank you! Dave was such a pleasure to work with in both selling our current home, and purchasing a new one. His in-house staging, cleaning, and photography services made what is normally a stressful time feel as seamless as possible.
