I’ve known Dave for the better part of 30+ years. My girlfriend and I had an agent referred to us from another friend. Loosely looking at homes for almost a year with another agent, we hadn’t been to serious in buying,more so browsing our filter search. Running into Dave in passing, homes came into conversation . Dave asked a couple questions. Nothing more. He contacted us that same week with options. Then came listings. Within 3 weeks of using Dave and his approach to finding us a home that checked our boxes we found our home. Dave honestly just felt like that friend you’ve known your whole life during the buying process and not a realtor. We couldn’t speak higher of Dave and our experience. We got the home we wanted without settling. Without Dave we would likely still be looking. Thanks dave

Dave was a huge help to my wife and I when we were looking for a rental in Guelph. We ended up not securing the lease (at no fault to Dave) but we were so impressed with communication, information and promptness. I would highly recommend him to others!

Dave had 2 interested parties view our property within 3 days of listing. We accepted our requested price within 4 days with a 21 day close. I can't think of anything else that we could have asked.
