<p>We loved working with Darren and his team, they were always able to answer our questions and they were able to sell our house (that had already been on the market for quite some time) in just one week, it was a very easy experience and Kelsey was always so nice and helpful, we really recommend Darren to everyone</p>

<p>I felt at ease with Darren Day right from the start. He was professional and personable in a way that felt right. After signing to agree to sell, I immediately realized that I was not ready to handle showings and marketing for an indeterminate time. This was not a problem. When I finally went back nearly 2 months later, I could tell that Darren still remembered the details of my condo and asked me about them. In very short order, I had a number of showings with qualified buyers, and within 2 weeks, there was an accepted offer. When that deal fell through, he had already notified other realtors and within 2 days, there were another 2 showings - and by the 4th day, an acceptable offer. There wasn't even time for any real estate signs to go up! I appreciate how my needs were met in bargaining, and am quite pleased with how everything was handled.</p>

<p>Dealing with Darren has been a wonderful experience. Buying or selling a home can indeed be a stressful time, however Darren was forthcoming, available, and honest throughout the entire process, which made the experience a good one. I was very impressed how quickly Darren and his team always got back to me with information which I requested and happily answered my multitude of questions. I felt very confident that I was in good hands. When someone is dealing with such a large sale/purchase, they should definitely look for an agent who is knowledgeable, professional, and kind.....Darren is definitely all those things.</p>

<p><br /> Great experience. Good advertising before the open house resulted in offers that were efficiently dealt with and resulted in limited disruption to residents and a early sale. Realistic list price was perfect in this sale. Would recommend our agent to anyone who has any property to sell, or buyer with specific needs.He was always available for questions and updates throughout the process.
