We would have realized much less, on the sale of our home, if we had gone with the other realtor's suggested list price. A bidding war is nice, but not something you can count on. Don't be greedy, but don't list too low.<br /> After all, it's your money. You owe it to yourself, to be a savvy home seller / buyer.</p>
