I listed my house for sale last year with a different company. It was listed for nearly a year in one of the worst real estate markets in the past two decades. Nothing was moving. I was very discouraged and disheartened and pulled it off the market. Shortly after I received a recommendation Darren Morris from Krause Morris Remax. I asked two things of my friend is he honest and will he hustle? The answer was absolutely. Let me tell you Darren did just that. We met him in mid September. Warm, friendly and professional. We were immediately impressed by his knowledge and his ability to get things done. That he did. He offered a solid marketing plan and a new vision. Within ten days. The house was prepped, staged, photographed, video, and a beautiful sign was placed on our lawn. Marketing materials dropped off and open house took place. Everything was upfront and no hidden fees. We were kept in the loop through all the various stages of selling. We felt valued and listened to and knew he had our backs at every turn. When offers came in, Darren’s advice and guidance was exceptional. Pleasure working with him and his team. Darren Morris is amazing and highly recommend him. My go to real estate person for life.
